Delivery delays

Was scheduled to have delivery between 8 and 5 today. Re-shedule my day to be available only to find out delivery delay. Called them and apparently was outsourced to FedEx. Cant give me a time but will be between 8 and 5 tomrw. WTH,do they really think people sit and wait for courier's each day. So dissatisfied with service. Cant take accountability for their service. Just sorry!!!!
