Delivery delays

I ordered or bought a power bank from them last week Wednesday and received a text saying that I'll get it Friday before 5pm which I indicated I want a COD but for some reason the driver couldn't find my address but no one called me and its not the first time I buy something from them. I was told via email that they don't take COD but its also one of the option when it comes to paying, however I decided to deposit the money at absa on Saturday. But now when I check on my app its saying cancelled and they care saying that its not they send it to the warehouse and its on its way to skynet but no one is telling me when I'll get my package its my stepdaughters birthday tomorrow and I have nothing to give her I really need to be treated like a customer. When will I really get my package cause I paid for it
