Delivery delayed without ANY NOTIFICATION. FALSE SERVICE DELIVERY PROMISES

<p>My order was scheduled with Takealot.com to be delivered today, I called them to asked the whereabouts of my parcel seeing that if i follow the tracking link it says "still at warehouse" but i was told delivery is today, the also "brag" when you call in, "no worries we WILL NOTIFY YOU IF THERE IS ANY DELIVERY ISSUES" just before you are connected to consultant, but clearly this is FALSE ADVERTISING.</p> <p> </p> <p>SO AFTER CALLING IN 3 TIMES NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY PARCEL IS AND NO ONE CAN SERVE ME A DELIVERY DATE, I HAVE ASKED THEM TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME FROM THE WAREHOUSE, WHO CAN INFORM ME ABOUT THE WHERABOUTS OF MY PARCEL, BUT NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE, MONEY PAID, NO DELIVERY.</p>
