Delivery delayed order : ***8

I have an order #***8 paid on the 9th supposed to be delivered on the 17th. They send me a message saying that tried to deliver to deliver but they couldn't my parcel was taken back to the warehouse for absolutely no reason & credited my account with points i do not want points i really need the product i bought. Please interven on this matter i beg you if it was possible i would attach a pdt payment of R539.00 as proof
