DELIVERY DELAYED NO COMMUNICATION

I have been waiting for my delivery since Monday , i have requested that they can deliver after 17:00 because am not at work during the weekend and they can deliver just after 17:00 atleast 17:30

i bought 3 items at takealot.com , and got a sms stating that i have received a digital product which i did not receive and now they are refusing to exchange this digital ebook. I have been sending email requesting the exchange no one seems to want to help me because i got rep**** from different people sending me the link to download the book , i dont know how many time i have said i DONT NEED THIS EBOOK THEY CLAIM DELIVERED .

this is a bad service and very dissapoited with takelaot and this is my second time purchasing from from them, so this is the kind of service we receive for our payment

AM CANCELLING THE ORDER NOW , I WANT MY MONEY BACK
