Delivery delayed for 3 weeks

I placed order on the 16th October for my son's birthday which was on the 22 October and it shows I will receive it on the 24th October which I was fine. I received message on the 20th saying the will deliver on the 21st but nobody called me on the 21st regarding the delivery. Later that day I received email saying they are unable to locate my address which I didn't understand as they always deliver to the same address. I was told to respond or they will cancel the order. I did responded but still no delivery. 4 days later I called and cancel then I reorder. I placed order again and it was supposed to be delivered today and now I'm told it was sent to the wrong courier and now they are rescheduling the order again. I'm so disappointed in takealot
