Delivery delayed by more than 20 working days

<p>So i placed an order on the 10th of December which was due to arrive on the 29th December. On the 28th of December takealot informed me my order is to be delayed as an item has not arrived at their warehouse yet.</p> <p>I would of not mind if the item was delayed by 1 or 2 days but to have it delayed by more than 20 working days is absolutely ridiculous </p> <p> </p> <p>how is it possible for a company to take almost 20 days to inform me of the delay?</p> <p>Also why is the delay more than 20 days... the same amount of days it takes to reorder the item? Clearly this item wasn't ordered the first time or the item I ordered went towards someone elses order</p> <p> </p>
