Delivery delay without explanation.

Usually I love usung takealot, but this time I am highly dissapointed. I placed an order in July, there was a delay as one of the items had to come from a supplier, which I accepted. My order was scheduled for delivery 28 July 2025. I still dont have my order. I have followed up on their contact page, but am not getting assistance regarding why there is such a substantial delay. One item is a birthday gift for my husband! I am very disapointed.
