Delivery delay

I'm very disappointed with takealot this time around, I placed an order on the 21 december 2024 and I'm expecting a delivery on the 07 January 2025, now the delivery date has changed to the 16th January and the ring is needed on Friday the 10th January 2025. This is now a matter of urgency.
