Delivery date that you will never meet....

This is probably a waste of time as i see you do not respond to these complaints but let it serve as a dire warning to those wishing to endure an excruciating experience dealing with these clowns. Since the merger, you have yet to get a single parcel, out of 6, on the time estimated by your system.

My latest fiasco, ordered on the 7th of May. System indicated it would be delivered on the 11th of May which i found acceptable and went ahead and paid. Your system then indicated, once paid that the new delivery date was the 18th May. So you had no intention of delivering on the 11th as previously indicated so this was a complete and utter lie in order to secure the sale. Low and behold the date has now been pushed to the 21st May without any communication whatsoever but merely an update on the tracking system.

I have been a loyal supporter of your business for many years and have spent way over R35000 over the years. Since your merger, you have dropped the ball and sadly I will no longer be supporting your enterprise due to repeated and missed delivery targets. This was one of Kalahari's big let downs back in the day and it seems to now established itself in your environment. Would you like to take a guess where the problem may exist or are you going to stick your head in the sand and pretend that this has now become your "new" standard.

To think that I recommended your company on many occasions in the past but will no longer do so...
