Delivery date random changes !!!

Why does TakeALot change your delivery date arbitarily ? When I change it on their app, they accept a new delivery date that I specify, then a few minutes later they change it back to the date they wanted . I change it again, then a day later they change AGAIN back to their date . WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ?
