Delivery date not met
Notification of delivery given but not met. Received SMS on the morning delivery was expected but no delivery made. No attempt was made to contact me accordingly. Why send SMS delivery confirmation if it cannot be met? I contacted the number on the SMS which happens to be a very bad line and told matter will escalated and call cut. Received SMS again the next morning informing me of delivery confirmation which I am pretty sure the same would happen so cancelled order.<br> <br> Takealot send an email confirming delivery and should have been met. <br> <br> DONT TAKE TAKEALOT's DELIVERY DATE CONFIRMATION SERIOUSLY IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN TIME !!!!
