Delivery date for items on stock
I ordered 2 items on 20.10.2015 and the items are all now on stock but no can can tell me when the items will exactly be delivered. I urgently need these items and would appreciate it if someone can take the initiative and speed up this process, today is the 28th. Please Help!!!

The promised delivery date for this order is only 2 November. We've been in touch with our DC and they've confirmed that the stock has arrived and has been allocated to your order. It's currently being processed and we'll be able to assist with delivery information once this parcel has been handed over to the relevant courier and scheduled for delivery.
We'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but can't guarantee that it'll be before the promised delivery date. Our complaints team will liaise with the relevant departments and they'll keep you posted as soon as the delivery details are available.
