Delivery date changes everyday!

I try my best not to complain about Takealot as their delivery is 99% on time usually however, after numerous attempts to get this resolved with the agent I am highly frustrated. The delivery date was the 28th of November, since then the date has changed everyday, it is now the 7th of December! The feedback yesterday(06/12/17) was that a "failed" attempt was made which is impossible because the delivery was to a school and everyone was still at the school when the delivery had "failed". This is highly frustrating because this was a charity gift to help the school and now they have closed!
