Delivery date changed without my knowledge

Yesterday I ordered a phone for delivery. I specifically ordered it because delivery showed for today. Well I checked and Takealot changed my delivery date to the 27th without notifying me. I phoned 3 times. Spoke to Mandela and Nikisha. Was promised they will phone me back. They never did. My phone broke so I need my phone for work on Monday. How can you just change a delivery date. I would never have placed the order if I knew this was going to happen. Takealot you have badly disappointed me. I don’t think I’ll ever use your services again. This is the last straw. I will rather use Amazon
