Delivery date changed without informing the customer
Hi,
I placed an order on the 9 February 2025, the delivery date was 14 February 2025, I paid the order because I want to gift those items on the 14 February 2025. Today when I checked on takealot.com website, the date has changed to 18 February 2025. I am expecting this delivery on the 14th or never as it will no longer serve the purpose. So if this items are not delivered on or before the 14th, please cancel and refund my account. Thank you and bye.

14 Feb 2025, 09:15Hi, I see that you chose to cancel the order. However, the funds are not credited back to the takealot.credit facility. I tried to contact the takealot.credit team and they said they are not responsible for refunding the account. Please advise why I still cant see funds so I can buy again. I only received a statement that shows that my account balance is R0,00.
