Delivery date changed & ********* behavior

This is really unacceptable. I paid for this item on 03 November 2023, and the predicted delivery date is 24 November 2023, which is a whole 21 days.

Surely the issue can't be with all three items, why not just deliver two, and when one is ready to deliver the other one, instead, you inconvenience the customer?

I also picked up that a new ticket was opened on the app and the payment date was changed from the 03 November to the 14 November 2023. This seems very *****, it seems like you guys are covering your trail, and that seems very *********.
