Delivery crew throwing parcels - managers don't care

Just had the most shocking experience at the Corlett drive pick up point in Bramley. When I arrived I was on a call, so stood around watching a lady and guy offload the latest shipment. If you can call it offloading. They were THROWING parcels across the room. Not putting on the floor and shunting... THROWING... IN THE AIR! I stopped my call and shouted at them, 'what you doing? you can't throw those packages! What if something breaks?!" The packer denied doing it. The lady at reception tried to close the door at that point, but it was too late. I asked to speak to a manager. Another lady who calls herself the manager (although - you'll see, is the worst manager I've ever come across) came to me. Told me not to worry, the delivery lady wont do it again. This "manager" clearly didnt give a flying fk. She scanned my QR code, and while they were collecting my parcel - I saw the delivery lady throw a package again through the air. I warned the manager that I will be reporting this to Takealot customer care - but instead of telling me how she's going to rectify it - she spent her time BEGGING me to not report them. I asked for the managers name, and the lady offloading - she refused to give me either. This happened on 26 May 2021 between 10:00-10:10 in the morning. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable on every level - please check the camera footage. I'm shocked. I order so much from takealot. But from now I'm going to reconsider that - especially on breakables. (P.S. I've left out all the swear words I said) Someone on a regional or higher level needs to call me and to address this matter.
