Delivery Crew needs proper customer service training
I use Take a Lot often but recently I have been experiencing bad attitude from their delivery drives who verbally reprimanded me or my housemates if we were not able to immediately come down to receive our parcels. We often have to give them our reasons - like when I happen to be in a Zoom meeting when the driver arrives, or my housemate did not hear the bell because the vacuum cleaner happens to be on. There was also this woman driver who would give me this look or attitude like the ones you would see on TV or TikTok whipping her hand or rolling her eyes or shaking her head with an attitude. Why do we as customers have to be the ones who have to be polite and explain our excuse. There was also an instance where the driver declared the goods have been delivered but actually not and was only handed to my housemate two days later after he complained. Geez. These are delivery crew in the southern suburbs of Cape Town. Bad service training Take A Lot! Train your crew to be respectful of your customers, it’s part of their job and its should part of your service values as a company. Invest in it!
