Delivery contacting their preffered number

I bought a laptop online and my delivery contact and address were clearly specified. Take a lot promised to deliver today and that's what they apparently did. But the number I have put for contact was never use but instead the delivery guys went and called a landline that I don't even use anymore and now I'm just being told that my delivery is rescheduled?

Im so annoyed, you as a customer have no platform to communicate with take a lot not for complaints or enquiry their only concern is you shopping from them.

I cant even call or email for a simple delivery they keep communicating via an sms number that you cant even respond to. so I'm interested to know what is gonna happen to my order because again when they return they going to call the same number.

I regret using them. I've never had there kind of issues when shopping online.

its my first time using them and if as I customer I have no voice than its definitely my last time.
