Delivery company sucks so does the customer service

I ordered on the 10th of December. My delivery was scheduled for the 23rd of December but the drivers decided to call when they were outside. Missed the call but they were 10minutes away from my place when and told me they are too far too make a turn that was on the 24th.

I was supposed to get three items and the other one is scheduled for 2nd of December. So surprised when I got home only received one item that was not even on a take a lot box.
