Delivery charge on a collection

On 8 December 2020 I ordered dog food for R398.00 to be collected in Bryanston. No delivery charge and no problem. Yesterday I ordered dog food for R199. also for collection and got charged R25 for DELIVERY? I queried this and was told all collections under R450. are charged a delivery fee. I can go to another shop around the the corner from me, pay R4. less, get loyalty points. My issue is the principle of a delivery fee on a collection. My friend collected a parcel in December for R99.00 no delivery charge. I cannot cancel the order until I have collected it and then have to return it. Not a great experience from Takealot and will think twice before using them ever again.
