Delivery charge *******

Ordered 2 car decals from Takealot on 19 October. Pai R375 plus R75 delivery. Their supplier is ShopTrend. On 23 October I received half of my order but had to return it as it was totally the wrong product that was advertised. That went smooth. The remaining of my order after a week where Takealot's supplier is also ShopTrend still outstanding. Then got a Email that delivey will be 3 November. Then another email now only 5 November. Wanted the decals for a birthday present 1 November. I cancelled the product and was refunded but they kept my R75 delivery fee. Wrong product delivered and other one they do not have stock but I am liable for delivery charge. I will rather source my product now from other suppliers. Now I can understand why Takealot rating is only 1.7. Even that is to high
