Delivery

Today i was suppose to get my package delivered. The delivery guy stood in the street hooting. So the person at home to receive the delivery did not know it was at our home. Delivery person did not bother to knock at the door or even ring the door bell. Now they sent me a msg to say delivery rescheduled.... I saw there were a miss call presume it was takealot...but still ringing me in stead of just knocking at the door of the address given is that too much to ask.??
