Delivery and service disappointing

To be honest with you I am really ****ed DELIVERY FROM TAKEALOT they can't keep their promise, u know what I expected from someone to give me an apology/empathy that was expected. Payment was done on the 16th and 18th was the expected date of delivery nothing happened and then 19th was another day no decent to even tell me no delivery AGAIN, no one saw a it being necessary to SHAREEE. I took 2days from work expecting delivery. Last time I made a purchase of over R7k u predicted 5days and delivery happened in 2days and I had to leave work early to run for delivery I am annnoyyyedddd. When I called the 1st lady said definitely 18th and when I called again when ai saw it was late nooo it won't be today tomorrow 19rh and then on the 19th nooo 20th b4 5 what the helllll
