Delivery and return went wrong

I have been happy with all my purchases from takealot until today. I bought 2 safari boots a month ago. One size was big and the other one was a wrong size. They supp**** size 6 in size 7 box. I requested the return, separately for 2 shoes. The guys from FedEX who came to collect didn't know which item to collect and i gave him both. I got replacement for one size. Is been 1 month now waiting for other size to be replaced. I have called and sent emails, and till today, I still haven't got a replacement.

What is annoying most is that they send a person almost with week to come and collect a parcel and i keep on explaining that the parcel is been returned long time ago.

Everytime when i call callcentre, they tell me that this matter shouldn't be taking this long and they will do a followup, and i will get feedback in few days but that has never happened until this day.

The last person I sent email to is Chad Daniels, who promoted to look into the matter but now i get automated emails of apologies and not actions.

I am very disappointed with takealot and i will have to think twice before buying from them again.
