Delivery and return

Takealot is *******. I struggled to get my order delivered. They would always say it's coming today before 5 pm every single day for a week. Until they even pretend that i received my order and marked it delivered on their stupid app without it actually happening. I had to scratch and fight to get my package. I order something for a special occasion, that special occasion even passed without me getting my order. Finally when i got the package, I logged a return because I don't need it anymore. Still i struggled to get someone to come and pick up the return. They even stop sending the stupid smses. This company is f*ck*d up. It's mess. I will never buy anything from them ever again. ****ed!!!
