Delivery and customer service is terrible.

Ordered from takealot and payed the extra R300 to deliver faster because of exams. They didn't deliver on the 4th and neither on the 5th. Phoned them, no one wants to help. And no one can tell me where my parcel is. So now I wasted R300 for faster delivery and I am left with no power bank. Can't cancel my order and there is no power by us.......
