Delivery and Communication

Ask Takealot twice please deliver before a certain time, I will not be available after that time!! Still firstly 29 November 2017 they deliver before 8 pm when Iam not available and secondly again today 30 November 2017 I told them I need the goods before 12 and no delivery? Tried phoning them 15min already and no one has picked up. Really bad...
