Delivery and call centre service

I had to hold for 20 minutes with no answer at their call center. Luckily i am using a work phone . Delivery is poor whoever was delivering my order **** about coming and even said i rejected the delivery. What i ordered is really important to me and i could have never rejected it. i am no happy with they way they handled this situation.
