Delivery and broken goods, & ****ty service

If I could give them a -100 I would. I ordered a set of fans. One fan was broken, I therefore requested them to collect it and bring a working fan. It has been downhill since then. After numerous follow ups, they requested a courier to collect the working fan. Takealot now has both fans and my money and I cannot get anyone to advise what is going on. An agent by the name of Manfred said he would personally follow up on the fans and has not bothered to get back to me. I have requested a manager to contact me and a week later, I have not had any call. This service is appalling to say the least.
