Delivery and Bad Attitude
I have been a loyal customer of takealot for quite sometime and recently i have been having issues with their delivery team till today when i called and and i was made to hold for 18 minutes without any feedback. I then called back and spoke to a a lady by the name Ashley Chomutare and what a terrible experience i had. <br> <br> TAKEALOT was great before but NOW it is has the best online service with the wrong people working for it. <br> <br> I will never buy from takealot again.<br> <br> As i wait for my delivery for over 3 days without any call.
