Delivery Alignment

To cut things short Takealot deliver packages when ever they feel like. Trying to arrange a time doesnt work since they dont have a contact number anymore.

I have tried on facebook - whole conversation listed here with no action taken either.

Hi there, delivery person came to my home address again. I told you, I am not there during work hours and they have to deliver to my work address if they cannot make the hours that I am there - ie. before 8:30 or after 16:30 hello?
