Delivery agents terrible service.

Am very much concern by the manner that our parcels are being handled by your delivery company. Those drivers are headache, how can a person not go to work or handle his affairs and just sit at home waiting for one parcel to be delivered. I've had such a terrible experience yesterday and last from these deliver. My parcel was dispatched late, the guy didn't know where to deliver my package. The guy had me calling me calling 5 times to explain the directions, which he insisted that I don't know what talking about, because his out my gate at random estate. I ended speaking to another bystander to explain directions to this fellow. This delivery guy simply canceled and declined this delivery stating unavailability. Unfortunately this is the only package am waiting for, am still waiting for my cheque card from my bank to be delivered till this day. I have been waiting for it for over a month. Guys will stop purchasing staff from Takelot due to the nonsensical treatments we are currently experiencing from your delivery people. I need that package. Please note can't afford stay at home waiting for some people to decide when and how to treat us customers. I want parcel to be delivered today.
