Delivery address not being changed
I paid for an order on the 19th November and sent the payment confirmation on the 20th. I originally selected collection as the delivery method, but asked for this to be changed on the 18th of November.<br> I again confirmed the change of delivery address on the 20th of November.<br> <br> Today, I checked the status of my delivery and noticed that the address selected was the address of my previous delivery, but more worryingly, I noticed that the parcel has not left your warehouse yet.<br> <br> I again asked for the delivery address to be changed, but it still reflects the old address and STILL has not left your warehouse.<br> <br> Can I please get someone to attend to this and when I will receive my order?
