Delivery address and turnaround time

I have always had the absolute best service from Takealot. However I ordered some items just before christmas and the delivery was 10-15 working days which meant mid Jan 2020. I therefore selected my work address for delivery as I am back at work mid Jan. So they attempted to deliver to my work address today. I called them and asked to change the delivery address or to collect and they told me I cannot. Absolutely ridiculous. I am surprised that a company of Takelots calibre does not give the option to change delivery address or collect.
