Delivery address

I have 3 orders with takealot, there was a glitch and the delivery address showed 22 Oxford rd Berea Durban, instead of 22 Oxford rd Parkview Jhb. I have been in touch with 3 operators, telling me they will sort it out, I again got a mail this morning saying it will be send to Durban. This is the mail I specifically state that it is in Durban and needs to go to JHB. With Takealot not having a call centre, makes it impossible to sort this out Please help, I am desperate Bonni
