Delivery

We ordered things on takealot on the 27th of June they promised to deliver them on the 29th today it's the 1st of July we haven't yet receive them ...when we call and ask them about the order they telling us that it's in benoni while my address is in Randburg

What makes it worse is that I ordered nappies for my son and now waiting on an order that I don't know when I will get it ...it's really inconvenient because now I had to go buy another packet of nappies

Takealot.com is not an company that is was back then everything is just a struggle

Please do get back to me regarding this matter as I need a feedback/or please refund me my money
