Delivery

I've always received great service from takealot. However, it's frustrating that they don't have a proper communication method. I submitted the order on 28 Aug 2021. One item was originally out of stock and had to be obtained from the supplier and therefore the est delivery is 7 Sept 2021. However, the items status has since changed to instock but my delivery status remains the same. I don't understand why I still have to wait, if they now have stock of the item...
