Delivery

Poor client care. I ordered on the 25th of August and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of September. On the 6th the App updated that I had signed for the order and it was delivered. I called enquiring and they sent a GPS location 200km away from me. I have been calling every day since without receiving any feedback. I called again this morning to be told to expect delivery today and I did not receive it. No sense of urgency from the agents that assisted me they only **** and promised a false turnaround time. I'm so disappointed at their customer service and delivery of their brand promise. No one is taking accountability for the bad service and no one is giving me feedback. Every single day I have to call, no correspondence whatsoever. What a disappointment.
