Delivery
Placed an order with them that was supposed to be delivered the 19th order Never arrived . No communication nor update on their system . First they tell me that it went to the wrong hub and then it was damaged and the story just keep changing however no1 is trying to sort this i constantly have to call after them and send emails . No one seem to care about the inconvenience caused and also ensure that a replacement be sent

22 Apr 2023, 12:52I am extremely irate regarding how takealot resolved this issue I advised they need to to a repurchase instead they did a refund and now I have to wait another 5 to 10 business days before my money is refunded to my account in order for me to repurchase the initial product again which by that time will probably be out of stock or not the same price anymore . No1 is taking accountability for this mess up and now I have to run around between them and payflex to get my money back and have this item repurchased I now have to sort out the mess they created and in the meanwhile be without a Tv it’s been days . I keep getting different stories when I call them and this is now the end result this is how they treat their clients . The worst experience ever .
