Delivery 12 days late

My boyfriend ordered the Nopi Cookbook on Tuesday 20th October for a birthday present. It has been 12 working days since then and still no delivery. Even more disappointing is that we inquired about the delivery and were told it would be delivered no later than Wednesday 4th Nov. We still have not received anything.<br> On a seperate note, a friend of ours ordered the same cookbook from [URL Removed] last week and it was delivered the next day.<br> I feel there should be some kind of a discount or monetary reimbur*****t because it is well over the delivery date and we are clearly being overlooked when it comes to this product. I would like to know how much longer we are going to have to wait.<br> It would have been easier to purchase the cookbook at a book store.
