Delivers used /returned products that are defective

This is the 3rd time Takealot has delivered products that have either been used/returned by previous customers. This weeks purchase takes the cake though!

I purchased a humidifier that had obviously been used before - smelling strongly of the eucalyptus oil that it comes with. The Eucalyptus Oil bottle was not even full! GROSS - Unacceptable Hygiene!

Numerous defective products have been received and there is no apology from their side. With a prior purchase of a defective ice-maker I requested that I want a NEW product - They delivered 2 replacements that were un-boxed and defective! On the way out the delivery guy carrying the 15kg ice-maker recklessly with one hand, dropped it on the ground. No wonder all 3 of them were defective -

Very disappointing!
