delivering wrong products and not taking accountability

you guys advertised mens hugo boss orange perfume and when you delivered you delivered the wrong perfume to me. when i returned it i amde it clear that i do not want a refund or credit. all i want is the product that you advertised that i paid for. nobody called me and you decide to do your own thing without consulting me. are you guys advertising stuff you dont have or is someone lying . just give me the products i paid for. you guys dont even have a number to contact . this is really bad service.please call me asap
