Delivering the incorrect items after waiting

Absolutely pathetic service delivery. I waited almost two weeks for a dining set ordered. The set arrives all taped up and we had to cut the bubble wrap and tape to unbox. We unbox only to find it’s a wrong set delivered. Off size and wrong chairs. I am so disappointed.
