Delivering Poor and Damaged Products

I received a delivery from Takealot that is completely unacceptable. The item arrived looking like it had been run over—torn packaging, bent metal, chipped surfaces, and visible signs of mishandling. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s infuriating.

I paid for a new product, not s****. The condition of this delivery shows a total lack of care in packaging and logistics. I’ve attached clear photos documenting the damage.
