Delivering items not ordered

I purchased a baby diaper organizer, grey and white in color and they delivered a different color and pattern one. Wrote to them, and left a review on the item and because it was a 1 rating, they rejected my review which to me shows no value for customer experience.

Returning the item would be another admin for me as I stay far from all pick up points and really do not have the time to sit, wait and hope they will come and collect.
