Deliveries not on time

I have been ordering goods from Takealot for about 5 years now and have never experienced any delivery problems until now. The last two items I ordered were promised, on the app, as same day delivery and next day delivery. A message was actually displayed on the app saying that if I ordered within a certain time, speedy delivery would be guaranteed. The same day delivery was only received the next day. The next day delivery, which date was 4 May, has not been received yet. Today is the 5th of May. When I tried seeking help on the app, the bot told me I had to write in English as it didn't understand what I was saying. Well, I had written in English.
