Deliveries extremely late

I’ve been waiting for 3 different deliveries and the delivery date keeps moving further and further back. It’s getting ridiculous actually. When did Takealot get this bad? I used to speak so highly of them. Also, you can’t get a refund until the product arrives. Like what in the fresh hell?
