Deliveries being postponed without any assistance from Takealot

In general, Takealot’s systems work very well, until something goes wrong. To try and resolve issues you have to communicate with their staff, and you never receive any assistance.

My order has been rescheduled for delivery twice now, and basically all that the Takealot team does is forward me the emails from the courier company they use, just stating that they are unable to deliver the parcel, sorry for the inconvenience.

Don’t try and contact Takealot, you WILL NOT receive any assistance whatsoever.
